These Terms cover adult eligibility, accounts, private saves, acceptable conduct, fictional value, service availability, account closure, and legal limits.

Adult eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service where you live. Do not create an account for another person or misstate your eligibility.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in information private, provide accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used to evade a restriction.
One private save
The launch game provides one private single-player save and one active character per account. The game clock moves only when you choose an action or explicitly advance time. Reset permanently removes the current save while leaving the account available for a new game.
Changing live service
Interfaces, balance, content, technical requirements, and supported features may change as the live game is corrected and improved. Roadmap entries are ideas, not promises, purchases, or currently active features.
Fictional records and value
Characters, money, jobs, places, relationships, outcomes, and other game records are fictional. They have no cash value and create no real property, employment, medical, financial, legal, or political right.
Player submissions
You retain rights you hold in original text submitted to the service. You permit us to store, process, moderate, and display it as needed to operate, protect, support, and improve the game. Do not submit secrets or content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not attack or disrupt the service, probe accounts you do not own, automate abuse, upload malware, commit fraud, harass people, expose private information, or use the game to facilitate real-world harm.
Availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting problems, or defects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or preservation beyond the controls described in the game.
No warranties
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limits of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Logan Pendragon Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Closure and contact
You may reset your save from the game and request account or data help through Support. We may restrict or close an account for security, legal, or serious rule violations. Questions should be sent through the Support page.
